February 2 is the date of the most recent digest (Volume 2 Issue 2) that I have received. The time of day, Volume and Issue are an artrifact of a change of server.

Issue 12, January 18, got caught in my spam filter. Check yours if something is missing.

With the digest now issuing in the late afternoon US Eastern Time, this page is updated manually in the early evening US Eastern Time, so it may not be completely current. The most recent update was Friday, February 3, 2012 8:19 AM US Eastern Time.
